1. Who we are

customDTF (“we”, “us”) provides DTF gang sheet software for Shopify merchants. For any privacy question, or to exercise any right described below, contact support@customdtf.com.

2. What this website collects

This marketing site does not require an account and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Data reaches us in exactly two ways:

• Forms you submit. The contact form and the free setup form collect the information you type — your name, email address, the topic or store URL, any collaborator request code, and your message. We use it solely to reply to you and to perform a setup you requested.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary request data such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and reliability purposes.

Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when loading a page. If you would prefer to avoid that, a content blocker will prevent it without breaking the site.

3. What the Shopify app collects

When a merchant installs Custom DTF: Gang Sheet Builder, the app processes what it needs to produce and price gang sheets:

• Store and configuration data — your shop domain, printer width, pricing rules, and product configuration.
• Artwork uploaded by your customers — the image files needed to build and render a gang sheet, plus the resulting print-ready output files.
• Order data — the order and line-item details required to attach the correct price at checkout, generate the print file, and support reorders.

Uploaded artwork belongs to whoever uploaded it. We do not use your or your customers’ artwork to train machine-learning models, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Processors we rely on

We use a small number of third-party services strictly to operate the product. Each is a processor acting on our instructions:

• Shopify — the platform the app runs on, including billing and checkout.
• Vercel — hosting for this website.
• Resend — delivery of transactional email, including form notifications.
• Image-processing providers — background removal, halftone conversion, and AI upscaling are performed by specialist third-party APIs on the files submitted for that purpose.

5. How long we keep things

• Form submissions and support email: kept while needed to resolve your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for continuity of support.
• Store configuration: kept for as long as the app is installed.
• Artwork and generated print files: retained so that merchants can re-download production files and customers can reorder, and deleted on request or following app uninstallation in line with Shopify’s requirements.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Email support@customdtf.com and we will act on your request; we do not charge for this and we will not make the product worse for you because you asked.

If you are a shopper who ordered from a store that uses our app, that merchant is the controller of your order data. Contact them first — and if you cannot reach them, contact us and we will help.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS, billing is handled entirely by Shopify (we never see or store card details), and access to production systems is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

8. Children

The product is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes

If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and, for significant changes affecting merchants, notify you by email or in the app.
